Currently there is no monetary benefit to cover the cost of in-home care or facility-based care. Each provider determines the rate of pay. You would be setting up care/covering costs yourself directly with the provider, not through your company or Bright Horizons. There is a program available through Bright Horizons that can cover part of the cost of a caregiver, through Back-Up Care. The discount and how many days are included is determined by your employer. You can contact Bright Horizons at 877-242-2737 for more information.
